All delivery charges are shown in the final shopping basket and are dependant on the products selected for purchase. The charge shown is based on delivery to Mainland UK, this excludes Scottish Highlands & the Islands where additional shipping charges will apply. Please email email@example.com before completing your order to confirm costs and delivery dates.
All of our delivery charges are based on the customer being available to accept the goods. If goods have a failed delivery and re-delivery is arranged/attempted this will be at an additional charge.
Once an order is placed a member of our team will be in touch to confirm a delivery date. Sometimes the initial delivery date may need to be provisional – if this is the case this will be stated and any variation to the date given will be advised to you by email and or telephone.
We make every effort to ensure orders are delivered by the date required. Unfortunately, sometimes circumstances may change and we can not guarantee availability from the manufacturer or the manufacturers delivery schedule.
Orders received after midday on a Friday or over a weekend will be processed on a Monday. All of our estimated delivery times are therefore based on a 5 day working week.
Rolled Lead Supplies uses national carriers and pallet distribution companies in addition to our manufacturers own transport to undertake our deliveries.
We reserve the right to refuse to make a delivery if you have not informed us prior to delivery of any access restrictions.
We consider restricted access to be if the drivers encounter double yellow lines, a red route, narrow lanes, steep hills, low bridges or width/height/weight restricted roads.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss delivery options if you do not have unrestricted access.
Where possible orders are sent as 1 delivery but as some items are sent direct from source some orders may be split and dispatched in multiple deliveries. You will be notified all the dispatch details so you can keep track of your items.
Accepting Your Delivery:
Please check your order/goods thoroughly before signing for them.
If any part of your delivery is missing, damaged or faulty please email email@example.com
Do not accept damaged products. Orders signed for “unchecked” will be deemed to have been received in good condition.
As soon as the order has been delivered to your specified delivery address the risk of any loss or damage passes to you.
We prefer to be transparent and not to hide the transport cost in the product price. Our delivery charges reflect the size and weight of your order and are always shown separately to the cost of the product.
