How long do your deliveries take? Delivery times vary from next day to 3-5 days and will depend on the products being ordered. We confirm once the order has been placed and keep you informed or you can email our sales team before placing your order to get an indication of delivery timescales.
Do you offer Next Day Delivery? We are able to offer next day delivery on some orders dependant on stock levels and delivery destination. Please make sure you contact us as early as possible if your order is time critical.
How much does it cost for delivery? Delivery charges will vary depending on the manufacturer, weight, size and location. Delivery charges are automatically calculated as items are added to the shopping cart.
Do you offer free delivery if I spend a certain amount? Our delivery charges are kept separate rather than hiding the charge within the price of the product but for orders over 300kg we are able to offer free delivery, these deliveries usually take 3-10 days, the delivery charge is automatically deducted as part of the check-out process.
Can I collect from you? It may be possible to collect from us at certain times. Our depot is open 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Please check with us first if collection is possible as not all items may be held in stock and could be direct from our manufacturers. It may also be possible to collect certain items directly from our manufacturer’s depots across the country – please contact us to find out if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends? Not as standard. We may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery which carries a premium charge.
Do you deliver to outside of Mainland U.K? Yes we can arrange deliveries to Ireland, The Highlands, Guernsey, Europe & Rest of the World. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get further details of delivery times and charges. If you are outside of the U.K you may not be able to pay online, we can send over a pro-forma and will require payment by bank transfer.
Can I get a product sample? We are able to provide samples for some of our products. Please email us with your sample request and full contact and delivery details and we will post out free of charge (where applicable)
Can I return a product? If you need to return a product please email email@example.com to confirm the product you are returning and we can forward a returns label or where possible arrange a collection.
Will you pay for the delivery costs if I return a product? We will pay the costs of a return if the goods are faulty or not as described, there has been an error in pricing or description or because you have a legal right to do so because of something we have done wrong. In all other cases you must pay the costs for returning the goods. If we have agreed to refund you for the delivery cost for the returned goods we will only refund the amount that it would cost using the least expensive delivery method that we offer, regardless of the delivery method you choose to use. If we are collecting the return from you but you are responsible for the costs we will charge you the direct cost to us for the collection.
How long does the refund take for returned goods? Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return goods. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used. The total refund amount may be reduced if it is evident that the goods have been handled contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Using the Website?
Do I have to register? You do not have to register but if you do it means we can send you details of any special offers.
I have already registered but do I have to login to place an order? You do not have to login to place an order – the checkout process can be completed as a guest.
Can you send me a Pro Forma invoice? If you wish to pay for your order by BACS we can send you an invoice before you make payment. If you complete your order online the system will email a copy of your invoice directly to you.
Can I pay by Bank Transfer? Yes you should be able to select this method at the check-out.
